Quinoa Tabbouleh
New appetizers on your trip, and try the delicious quinoa tabbouleh
Components:
- 3/4 cup boiled quinoa.
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 2 tomatoes, diced.
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley.
- 1/2 cup minced green mint.
- 1/4 cup olive oil.
- 2 chopped green onions.
- salt and pepper as needed.
Method: Mix quinoa with tomatoes, parsley, mint and onions, then add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and stir gently, and serve with lettuce leaves.
